I would choose the Biology because I have an old version and would love to update to go with the rest of my set. :) I'd pass on my old one to someone who needed it!

Interesting cake! We've done a mixture of store cakes and doing our own. I'm married to a professional baker, but he doesn't like doing cake decorating, so... we've done both. LOL He's working in a grocery store bakery right now so this year the kids have gotten some of those cakes where you scan an image and "print" it on the cake - not something we'd have done usually.
