Hi Juha, "Any tips on building more conversation with your blog's readers?" This is a good questions. If it were me, I would keep re-tweeting it, and publicising it through social media, inviting people to leave their comments, and just keep pushing the conversation.

The most valuable tip I can give is to seek out people in your niche and start commenting on their blog, people who have influence in your industry, AND/OR who you admire, like and respect.
Then once you begin building a relationship with those people through comments, contact them to see how you can collaborate together for mutual benefit.
