I have been saying I love you randomly to my kids lots lately. Life is precious.
I'm going to get my soul sister a red balloon experience. She is so deserving.

She has organised a function for biggest morning tea, with a high tea theme, and focus on breast cancer. She had DCIS. I have made beautiful magic candles for the gift bags. So looking forward to it.

I feel like a well woman when I'm taking the best care of myself that I can. Which mean self care. Self care for me is taking time out for myself, saying no when I'm feeling stretched, doing things that fill me up like painting and making candles. But most importantly for me it's recognising when I need to take care of myself before I break - mentally.

On the physical front I make sure I have the annual and bi annual tests that I need to have. Having three children, the youngest 6 I can't afford to not do this.

To know that more people have this than Cystic Fibrosis, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Tay Sachs Disease, and Huntington’s Disease combined is astounding, and I have never heard of NF until now. Thank you Trish, for sharing this.

My partner came home on Monday morning at 7.30 after leaving for work at 5 to inform me that him, and fifty others had bee laid off. Trying hard to channel peace and serenity ... And let the universe provide. Sometimes it's easier said then done though,
