Thank you. I also converted to Judaism as an adult. My father is Jewish, but he was raised Orthodox, which drove him away. I found a wonderful Reform synagogue and finally felt at home. Before I converted it always pained me that I didn't count because I was Jewish on the wrong side. It even pained me a bit that I had to convert, but it was such an important learning experience. I just got married and my husband isn't Jewish, but we are going to raise our future children as Jews, which is terribly important to me.
