I got nailed for almost $1000 by using a 'free' image. Beware is all I can say to that! It's a lot less expense to spend a bit on Canstock Photo site. They're great!

Anything that sniffs of Getty Images or any of its affiliates, no matter what it says, I wouldn't use in a million years. They don't give you any warning, just slap you with a big fine and kill little users.

Beautiful, Bob! Bless you for taking a stand, on behalf of the generations past, and for the generations to come. Such a blessing for you, for your wife and children, and your children's children!

Excellent post! I do this with book ideas and writing ideas all the time! I keep a 'Blog Posts: to be published file'... which, in all honesty, can consist of nothing more than a title and short idea summary! (It should be called, 'to be written'!) I also do this with ministry ideas. I find that if I write it down it will much more likely happen. (No wonder we are told that writing out a plan is the most effective way to get things accomplished!) Thanks for sharing Ron!

Great thoughts & comments!
I think we also have to learn to think outside of the box and we have to let God out of the box we've kept Him. People are sick and tired of religion and when we let Him on the loose, things change! Religion and discrimination disappear immediately when He's in it! Being authentic begins when we get rid of 'religion' (not faith and relationship) and we start being real before God and genuinely humble in reaching out to people.
Another part of being authentic, I believe, is recognizing our own humanity and acknowledging that, while we as Believers have something pretty special to offer, we also also have a lot to learn. When our relationships become 'give and take', they don't tend to boil down to spiritual manipulation. What I mean by spiritual manipulation is 'using' friendship only to evangelize rather than out of genuine care for people.
To inspire real change everything I do must be born out of passion for Jesus, and compassion for people.
