I'm with you in this, academic adjacent in a field that is also like WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE NOT OBSESSED AND IN IT NO MATTER PERSONAL COST

it's not your fault. you and your worth are not tied to the academic goalposts. I super promise.

I would also appreciate any and all advice on how to deal with current job, while questing for a new one. It's HARD.
