I have seen it. You are right that it is written in a neutral tone...not exactly Donald Trump type language...but consider this:

Neutral tone, negative news. Plus links to all the other negative stories, giving each of them a boost in the search engines, too.

Hi Catrina.

Leadership has always been about tapping into people's skills and capabilities, so that has not changed. People are now more empowered and more connected, so leadership has to tap into that aspect of people's capabilities. So yes, big changes, but fundamentally, the same basic goals.

I work from the premise that any follow back policy is poorly conceived. It's the "back" part that I find problematic. I do have a two-part follow policy, though.

I follow anybody whose tweets I want to see in my tweet stream that I don't already see in some other way.

I follow anybody whom I want to be able to DM me.

To me, those are the only two reasons to follow somebody.

In addition to the Oz series, he also wrote several related books. One that I enjoy is the Magical Monarch of Mo. Mo is a land just across the deadly dessert to the southeast.
