Honestly, with a few adjustments I think a nice balance of your healthy and unhealthy habits will make for a pretty darn healthy overall diet/lifestyle.

So many veggies! I am so weak in the veggie department, but I am working on it.
Oh, and I drench my salads in dressing too, it is the only way I will eat them!
