I agree with all your points, big-time, but I'd like to add something that I wrote about on my blog this morning, having to do with the value of social media.

While it's vital that you don't over share too much private information, it's equally important that you don't UNDER SHARE. I believe the essential power of social media is its ability to reveal who you are as a writer.

Is there any possibility that you could explore setting up your blog so that the replies are immediately visible to readers, without having to click to them?

An example of a great blog where the comments take on a life of their own is at www.betsylerner.wordpress.com.

It makes the idea of a conversation developing among all of us much easier and more likely.

(In my previous experience, writing a blog post almost every day definitely increases traffic.)

My commitment falters when it comes to using my intuitive gifts and being active with what I know, know, know is my calling. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to DO in order to fulfill my mission here. Write, yes. I write and I'm bringing out my ebooks, which has been a huge commitment, but what else? I think maybe I'm missing something.
