I think my favorite type of naps are the ones after being out in the sun and in the water all day! I sleep like a baby when that happens :)

I would have never thought to add pumpkin to eggs, but with all those spices and some chai tea, that sounds like an amazing sweet breakfast but definitely packs the protein. i definitely don't really care for gentle classes either, so I;m glad you found a challenging one closer to you!

This looks like a little slice of heaven that I would love to eat along with a mug of tea! I totally know what you mean, there is nothing more satisfying than watching someone devour you kitchen creations :)

Ha I am so glad you ask for the ripe bananas too! I once asked an employee to get them from the back for me and felt terrible, but man that banana bread was tasty The pictures from you runs always look so amazing! I want to come to there just to go running :)

What a great summertime salad! I bet a mandoline would be helpful but, I am weird and would probably just hand slice them too. For some reason I like chopping up veggies as a stress release!

Aw I'm so glad you were able to get a chance to visit home! There is truly nothing like the comfort of home, everything is just peachy when you get to spend time in your own house with your family :) I love visiting home in the summer when my dad is grilling pretty much every night or in the winter my mom makes her fab baked mac'n'cheese. Comfort food at its finest!
