I am so picky with coats! Half the time I just have to put up with being too cold because I have no suitable coats. Ha.

Anyway! The brownies look incredible! I actually said "wow" to myself. Out loud. Yep. :)

They're so cute! I couldn't eat them when they're this cute, I'd just fill small bowls with them and scatter them round my house.

I'm totally lying, I'd eat all of them.

Yummy! I have never been brave enough to cook mussels. I don't know why they intimidate me so much, but they do! I absolutely love them though, and red curry is one of my favourites so I might have to conquer my fear and try this recipe...

Woah, this looks amazing. I am definitely making this. I would happily put anything which involves mozzarella and basil straight in my face.

I'll admit I've never run uphill for that long, but one thing I do on hill runs is this:

When you're getting to the point where you want to stop, look just a few feet in front of you, or at the views, instead of ahead/at the top, for a good number of strides.

When you look up again, you'll be surprised how much closer you've gotten to the end point. If the end point happens to be really far away (say, 2 miles ;) ) then pick an intermediate goal point and do it with that.

I find that I've gotten to the goal point much quicker than I thought and it encourages me to run past it instead of stopping :)

Ahh, this cake is something I've been meaning to make for a while. I'm sure I'll echo your comment of "why haven't I made this before?!".

I'm so jealous that you have chickens! I can't wait to move into somewhere with a garden so I can have some too :)
