I was just talking about this this morning with my friend who has a tiny food blog and I'm trying to convince her to "come on board" Twitter and FB to expand her network, of which she is terrified.
We actually talked about how many GOOD, GREAT friendships and connections she has had because of the Internet (me too) - even though it sort of gives me the heebie-jeebies, this whole virtual thing - I haven't had any bad experiences so far. Only good ones. Really really good ones.

I love that "you're hip like that" when driving your minivan all by yourself. (-:
Also it's weird - lots of my friends who were veg changed after having kids - mostly driven by cravings, and one or two by the need for more protein when BF'ing.
