I have not read this book and the illustrations are different to the type of books I usually read but I think I would like this. Thanks for sharing your review with KLTR Kids Love To Read.!

Oh what a fantastic book. I love books you can use to extend children's learning based on themes and this pirate themed one looks fantastic. Thanks for linking up to #KLTR and apologies for my delay in visiting your blog.

When I was in NZ instead of halloween we would go to church all dressed up in fancy dress and do trunk or treat where we decorated the car boots and the kids came around collecting treats.
It fitted in well, meant no unsafe knocking on doors or scaring people and was a great environment. It was also fun and a better way for us to celebrate than knocking on doors. We often dressed up in hawaiian costumes or as super heroes.... there was no - witches or goolish costumes allowed. Coming to the uk it is so so different here!

Poor buddy. We have two bichons Yoda and casper and sometimes they come back looking like skin heads. It depends on who shaves them and we hve tried different places too.. We are still trying to find a good place. Angela from The Inspiration Edit :)

It seems we are similar in the way we think. We do this a lot and cut back to fund things we would like. I did it in 2013 to take my daughter to disney land and it was so so worth it- even when we had very little money.
