Consider this comment a simple bow to your photo.

Love Chicago (I'm an Indy girl, so I'm there pretty frequently), but more than that I just love wandering around cities. I'm a big advocate for being a tourist in your own hometown and discovering things as you go. - Also, just realized I'm commenting as the Classics Club blog, oops. This is Melissa at Avid Reader's Musing and I'm obviously too lazy to log out of one account and into another.

This was one of the first graphic novels I read and I just loved it. It's heartbreaking, but so beautifully written.

Daryl and Carol's hug, it was just the best! I was worried we would be at Terminus all season, so I was glad it started with a bang. - Melissa

I just finished this one and felt the same way. Loved the show, was nervous to read the book and then loved the book in a different way. How badly did you want Pop (Red) to be your friend!

I thought this one was excellent. I went to a Christian High School as well and was in high school when this happened. I remember being very surprised that the Cassie thing was a miss representation of the actual events.

I freaking loved this book! Also, I think you should try some other Gaiman before you give up on him. American Gods is a horrible place to start. It's where I started too, but I didn't lvoe his book until I read Stardust and The Graveyard Book.
