We just got our first snow, too, and it took us as long to suit up as it did to be out there. But the kids had fun so I suppose it was worth it.

He sounds exactly like my 3-year-old. If I ever ask him a question, he answers with whatever is immediately in front of him. Any other answer is just a little too abstract for him at the moment...

I totally love the potty planter. I hope this becomes a thing.

Got to love hand-me-downs! My kids don't even know that clothes come from a store.

That's such a good idea and even though you're half-joking about not needing toys... it's for real! Kids will play with anything you give them and then get tired of it, so why not pumpkins? I love it.

No no no! Front seat is the worst! It's like the whole church is theirs because there's no pew in front of you to contain them. Second seat, maybe.

We actually usually end up sitting near the front (that's the only spot left by the time we get there) and I still don't like it because the baby usually needs to be taken out several times and that means doing the walk of shame up and down the entire aisle several times and trying to look like I am totally cool with that.

I love your family culture. I have one daughter who is always and forever picking me wildflowers and bringing me little bouquets. I perpetually have dandelions in a vase on my side table.

Ah, the choking hazard phase. Otherwise known as the "How are you still alive?!?" phase. That last picture is too cute.
