Well; Mark was a bit of a curmudgeon but he was right about the implication that it would work over the Internet. Around the one minute and ten mark he started talking about how this didn't need to explain how to attach files to a customer while talking on the phone to them. Implying that this was happening over the Internet.

I didn't take the presenter so seriously on that part however. I sort of doubted that he meant to imply that and would have really been surprised if Giver could do that as well.
