It really is an unforgettable, moving read and I think you conveyed that beautifully in your review. Very interesting to read your thoughts on American 'teaching' of history ... we don't seem to be quite as insular in Australia about world history but then we give our children a very watered-down version of our own shameful treatment of the aboriginal people.

Bummer Shakespeare's Champion wasn't the best, I think I'll pass on that series because I still have the Sookie series to finish and Grave Sight has been waiting patiently for me lol. Happy reading :)

bahaha laughing crazily, you remind me of me ... I had a font addiction a few years ago, think I had 1500 or so downloaded, mind you I used the same couple of dozen over and over :) now I'm addicted to pinterest and downloading scrapbooking/project life printables ... it's an illness ;)
I love Sookie too, think I'm only up to book 8 and I'm behind on the tv series too ... *sigh* not enough hours in the day.

I read Clan of the Cave Bear when I was still in high school, *cough* more than a few years ago. Hugs to gorgeous Emma. I was so busy having cuddles with my new little grandaughter I had no time for reading haha ... such a hardship ;)
