Snow squalls and -40 have kept me inside on the treadmill for the past few weeks. I would give anyting to see -15 degrees ... how's that for crazy?

3. Squats although I'm sure I would be walking funny the next day

5. Around the block. I live on an Island with 6 roads so running around the block for me would be a 12k loop.
