I totally agree with Life of Pi and A Thousand Splendid Suns!
Khaled Hosseini's other books are great as well. I also enjoyed The Book Thief by Markus Zusak, it's a very emotional read for me. And oh, Wonder by R.J. Palacio too! I absolutely love books that toys with my emotions XD

the first one is so me! LOL. I had a really bad score for UN in Math, Physics, and Chem; which led me to study design in uni that doesn't have anything to do with numbers xD Great post btw! ;))

I read this around 2010 and I still remember how amazing this book was xD
