oooh, i have a bag of coconut flour hangin' out with little to do in my cabinet. i kind of want to try making these with a mix of regular or whole wheat flour. hmmm, wonder if that would work?
to be honest, i'm not big on the DVD workout. i've done P90X yoga with BT and that's about it. but i want to try it more! i like the flexibility of being able to workout at home, i just often lack discipline. i should give it another shot, no?
I love it when you talk about motherhood, because you do it in such an approachable way - like, it doesn't seem like you're part of some know-it-all-mom club. Does that make sense? Whatever. I'm not a mom, so what does my opinion count for? But anyway... I see myself as being pretty strict with my future kids (if they do in fact exist some day), as I was the type of kid who BEGGED for a new toy, only to get bored with it a week later. What a waste! Sorry, mom and dad.
I too carry the weight of my "problems" (ha) in my shoulders and tend to tense them/ keep them shrugged a bit too much. Then there's that whole scoliosis thing I've got going on... I wonder if a chiropractic could help with that? Very neat you got to try it out! Thanks for the informative post.
DEAR LORD. this looks fabulous. totally making this with my ice cream maker that i've recently become obsessed with.
