Well said, Hal.
I'm glad to see some people still use logic and manners when writing.

I am guilty of having made others feel bad for not using CM. Sigh. And then we have not yet reached a point in our hs where we have joy and peace... but we are working on it. And I apologized to that person. It is easier to look at situation from the outside and judge. I like your call to love and respect others because there is much to live and learn from others.

My kindle informs me I am 9% in the book. I.love.it.love.it
Myshkin is so loving, from the first image of him in the train, his interview with Epanchin... I am now at the part where the story of Nastasia is told... it's captivating. Thanks for talking about this book.

Thanks Karen, the birds and flowers pics are not mine, the first photos are, and even with the small camera, since the weather was so nice, the photos look great.
You'd love Malta!

Howard's End... I know HE will be sad, but you sound, Heather, like it's worth it.
Karen, I saw there was a movie, and maybe I will see it after I read the book.
That also happens to me sometimes, I remember having watched a movie, but I don't remember the storyline anymore, lol. If I read the book, I remember more... but not always. I had read Frankenstein and Jekyll years ago, and when I read them last year they were pretty new to me :)
Maybe when I get home, Heather, we both read pensees together. (I still need to buy my copy :))

Amy, I don't know many of the titles you mention and many of the books you read. I love your list too and I am very excited to have you, Carol, Karen, and others in this challenge!

I am always between Pyle or this, but I think I will read Lancelyn Green with my oldest next year.

I loved it! I hope it's the first of many. And I agree with Dawn, you are beautiful.
