Wow, what a spectacular cake!! I love the creativity of using the wafer biscuits for the wooden structures. The fondant birds look wonderful – your icing and fondant skills are much better than you seem to think. :)

I adore avocado, so this looks like a delicious salad (and I love the bowl it's presented in)! I'm particularly intrigued by the dressing – makes a change from standard vinaigrette which I do love, but always seem to end up making.
