I like to use the stems to make broccoli slaw (you can find it on my blog) but I can eat my way through an entire head of roasted broc, especially with some red pepper flakes for kick. Good post!

I don't have red spinach but I do have pounds of baby green so I think I'll try this tonight. Thanks! Might make this the base for a poached egg, as though it were hashbrowns...

I'd like to read this book. Just starting Blood, Bones, & Butter. I adore root vegetables so this appeals, too. But since I don't have any pink salt I will have to use my go-to, Maldon. Do like how the pink salt looks in the bowl, though!
