Well put! I agree with you whole heartedly and I also plan to vote by my lack of participation in the competitor group races. I see a time and place for the "fun runs" and only do those as a social activity with friends and not a race or even a workout, but I agree that the demographic does not overlap at all.

That's awesome!! Night running is fun, but I don't know if I'd want to start at midnight, my internal clock would be all kinds of off at that point too.

I went to Miami a couple years ago around this time of year for a conference and I had a terrible time. We had terrible weather and the mosquitoes were vicious. I was surprised just how expensive every restaurant was, even less upscale ones. And I still wasn't terribly impressed by the food myself either. I think it's just not my place either.

It was very yummy! And I didn't think the bourbon flavors were too strong at all. Actually a great compliment to the chocolate. I think I might make this sometime soon!
