It's been fun watching you on Periscope. I'm a IRL person in many ways, so seeing you and hearing you live works and I feel like were Skyping.. even though you can't see me! BOOM! haha! xoxo

I keep myself in check every single day. It's something you constantly have to stay on top of... the story you tell yourself! Stories are powerful and we LOVE to hang on to them, but I start my day, everyday with this question, "what's my story going to be today?" SO powerful and has truely changed my life. Not saying it's easy, but it's free for anyone to try out.

I had no idea you could make lasagna in a skillet! So much easier than the traditional. I never make it because it's a pain in the ass to make-- you have completely changed my mind about this dish. This could be a weeknight dinner. Delicious!

That's a tough one. As a runner, I do focus on numbers quite often, but I also go on feel. If a run feels effortless then I can feel equally as happy about the result as if I were looking at a certain number. As far as weight, I haven't had to worry about it all that much until recently. I try not to weigh my more than once a week and I eat to keep myself healthy rather than to look a certain way.. it's not easy tho!

I completely understand and have experienced this same thing many times over in my life. My problem is that I get focused on one thing and then everything else seems to get put on the back burner. I want, need and crave more balance in my life, but not sure how to do that and still get the satisfaction of accomplishment... am I making sense? I want it all! haha! So glad your back-- I've missed your voice.

I would say that I have AF because I have every symptom, but since I've had a period (tmi) for 3 months now, I am certain it's hormones, which in turn has screwed up my already non-functioning thyroid. Can Lindsay please, please come to SoCal and figure my health issues out? SO much great info here!
