Oh, he definitely meant some of the things he said. That's why it was so good! A lot was exaggerated obviously so the cops would think Skyler was innocent, but there was a lot of truth in what he said. Such good writing.

Totally agree. He 100% was trying to paint Skyler as the victim because obviously he knew the police were listening. Despite how evil Walt is, I think it's easy to forget just how much smarter he is than everyone else in the show. He's always a step ahead. Also, Skyler definitely knew that that's what he was doing...that's why she didn't fight back when he was saying all those awful things. It was kind of harmonious in a dark, bleak way—he was throwing her a life preserver and she took it.

But OMG WTF was that episode??? I have never had my mouth agape for so long. I can't wait to see how this ends...I can't help but think it's going to be really messy.

There has to be some kind of Jesse v. Walt showdown...there's no way Jesse's going to die by Todd's hand (if he dies). I can't decide who hates who more now, but the one thing that's always been true is that Walt's too clever for his own good, and that's probably what will end up being his destruction.

Seriously, I could go on for days. This show is SO GOOD!
