You are so right Cass and it's always disgusted me! And it says something about politics when they decide it's okay for our children to be preyed upon by big businesses via advertising!

Phew! This would frustrate me too. As a former teacher and a home educator I find this approach bizarre. Why hold kids back? And why risk dulling their enjoyment of one of the most important skills they could possibly practice by making the pleasure of reading tedious?! Difficult to understand really! All the best. x
