This is stunning, and wonderful, and inventive, and inspiring. I have a gazpacho recipe that I love, but the yellow plum salsa is just taking this recipe to a whole new level. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, thank you, thank you. How did you know I needed this? I'm all about quick meals these days, as I don't have time for anything else. Such is life sometimes. The good news is that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Things are going to get (slightly) less busy.
yum! these look simple, and healthy, and portable. I'm always looking for lunch ideas for work, and I think these would be perfect. thanks!
Aw, I love the memories that you have associated with this! And suddenly, I feel so no cultured. I had no clue what zabaglione was before this swap. Whoops. But your interpretation looks amazing. Really, you can't ever go wrong with bourbon.
Happy New Year, indeed. What a year it's been! Also, every time I use my immersion blender, I think of you (as I look upon my immersion blender with fear and respect). And I definitely make sure it's unplugged! I love your blog, and look forward to seeing all the amazing things you create this year!
Cranberry ice cubes? I love them. And I just got a bottle of Angostora bitters in my stocking, so I think I have all the makings for this delightful sounding cocktail. Happy holidays, Sabrina! I hope they've been magical.
I love hearing about (all) the traditions you grew up with! Sounds like you got a little bit of everything. Also, I'd like to say that I am going to make this tart. I won't even roast the beets (even though I do LOVE them that way). This tart looks like so many things I love, all in one lovely package. I need it (right now!). :) Happy holidays, lady.
Ohhhh, you're speakin my language. I'm a fan of all things with goat cheese, and this is no exception. And paired with candied kumquats? Yes, please. If only I had the time to whip up beautiful holiday appetizers this year, but sadly I am swamped with work and other non-fun things. Maybe I'll throw a post-holiday party as an excuse to make this. :)
Happy birthday! And this looks so (so!) beautiful. What a wonderful surprise. Your husband sounds like a keeper. :)
You know how I feel about handmade gifts...I love them! I'll add these to my handmade gift roundup, they look fantastic.
