The foremost job is not to find the perfect leader for our nation, rather it is to make everyone understand the importance of that leader to our beloved state!
For instance, if I take part in the elections, my whole extended family will be voting for me just because we are related, not because they think that I'm a better candidate for it! Likewise, social pressures push people to vote for those who are not worthy enough to be supported. We lack the courage to go against the odds and vote for a better person. Deep inside everyone is guilty of committing such action in one way or the other. We know that we break traffic rules or drive without licence, we are afraid that if things are put into order then we'll suffer. We know that if rules are reinforced and executed there would be no chance of corruption, again our loss. We all are a part of this chain reaction where if everything goes right and according to rule then our bank accounts will suffer!!
I believe that we first need a change in thinking of people. To make everyone think for the "Greater Good"!!!
then, I think, everyone will develop a spark of a leader. Only then we can prosper!
