YUM! I am also loving courgette in everything at the moment. Nice to see proper sugar too, so many low cal recipes use stevia or similar and I think they taste nasty!!

Yes, right there with you girl. I also find if I plan a workout in the evening, sometimes I'll spend all day talking myself out of it! Breakfast is my favourite meal so being hungry for breakfast is good with me too and oh yes the coffeeee <3

nooo I would totally say cara-mel popcorn, maybe it's cos I'm a brit?! This looks amazing, but I'm also excited about the microwave recipe. Also to Alice above, I would go with Golden syrup, it'll only add more yumminess!

Wooa that's a lot of casserole. I love this idea though, I'll be working out how to make a couple-a-portions just for moi! My go to breakfast food is porridge but I've been trying to move away from sweet breakfasts so this is perfect! Have you tried freezing portions? I do love ma eggs!
