This sounds hilarious. I was talking with a friend (Bex) on IG about this book yesterday and she was telling about an interview that the author did that mentions rich people undertaking plastic surgery on their pets! OMG. Hehe. Glad you had a great read

I was surprised to see that the protagonist is a pessimist. I was expecting a happy-go-lucky person by the title. Hmm, I understand why you felt that the book is a bit odd. It is the cliche twist about guy entering your life and changing everything. Right?

I am intrigued by the magical realism aspect. But also not so enthusiastic since you say it did not work so well. I am glad the book picked up pace and got your interest even though the beginning was a bit dull

I don't bullet journal because frankly I can never make a journal look so presentable. I make a lot of lists on ranom pieces of paper. Love your journals. They are so pretty
