Beautiful dress, headband, theme interpretation, Jane Austen inspiration, and pictures. I've been a little obsessed with Sankta Lucia since reading the Kirsten American Girl book when I was young.

Great tip! I just used rick rack for the first time last week. I love how it looks sandwiched between two pieces of fabric. :)
