I'd have to suggest you skip Allegiant... I tried reading it but it was so ridiculous, and I did enjoy the first two books. I suggest asking the internet how it ends and saving yourself the pain.

Definitely agree on not wanting to feel like I wasted my time! I hate it when the first book in a series ends in a cliffhanger because it makes me fear that the author is making it up as they go along and I'll never get answers... I don't mind cliffhangers in later books, though, as long as some of the plot points are solved and the story was satisfying.

This sounds like something I might be interested in, I'll keep this author in mind! Thanks for the review!

I know what you mean! Whenever I finish a book I can't wait to review it, and then I wait forever before finally getting around to it... Well, maybe now forever, but even after one week some of the details I wanted to talk about are blurred in my mind. I try to take notes while I read so I can refer to them, but it doesn't often work to remind me of everything I thought while reading...

Would you want Locke on your team, though, considering all of his schemes end in pain? (Usually Locke's pain, but still.) Great list, I love your inclusion of Peeta.

I just finished reading Cress and I agree, it seems I like each book in this series better than the previous one. I think it's because there's so much character development, and the relationship between the characters also develops. And I totally agree about male/female interactions! It happens a lot in Cress and I thought it was very nice to read about. The relationship between Scarlet and Wolf is probably the most clichéd thing in the book, but I think Cinder and Iko and Thorne more than made up for it.

Interesting question! I gave a similar answer in my post, there's plenty of characters that I wouldn't want to be friends with but that are interesting to read about.

I agree with you, definitely having access to more books helps. I never really lacked books (I come from a family of readers and I'd always get books on my birthday, on Christmas, etc) and there was also the library, but I still had a limited list of new books and so I felt that I *had* to read them, for better or worse. Now I can simply download a new book on my kindle whenever I want, and there's free books and promotions... So I'm a lot more selective and it's very liberating.

The GoT pop-up book looks so cool! And Oversight sounds interesting, I'll keep an eye out for it. :)
