Compared to Mary Matalin or Tony Blankely, Chrystia Freeland is a saint when it comes to honesty.

Compared to say a Bill Maher, Cenk Uygur, Glen Ford or Jon Stewart however, Ms. Freeland is like the used chewing gum under your Ivy League school buddy's desk. She's been just a bit too flexible in the service of the 1%.

Let me say that I concur with you. If Robert Scheer wasn't standing up for truth and decency the rest of this show could and should be flushed down the first available toilet.

I'll make one exception to this blanket comment. I was stunned that Chrystia Freeland would dare to comment on the atrocious state of American infrastructure. Perhaps she's taking her cues from soon to be former Sec. of Transport Ray LaHood who quipped the other day that "America is a pothole". It's good to know we're not #1 compared to Latvia, Estonia and Turkey. What's up with Ms. Freeland? Is she Canadian, eh? Just like with David Frum, truth occasionally escapes their lips. Too bad 90% of the time their banter is ideology, cant and cannot crotchetiness.
