I think I'm a little addicted to KonMari. My wardrobe has shrunk a lot in the last few years so that I'm rarely able to do a huge closet clean out like I used to do in the days when thrift shopping was my main hobby. Now every time I realize I've gotten sick of a single blouse I get a little thrill of excitement.

I've moved on to helping my mom clean out her house. She doesn't get rid of enough imo but it still hits the spot. Help, I have a sickness.

CHITCHATTYIZZY

yes, all caps. I must not have developed a personality or interests yet when I first got AIM in 6th grade because I distinctly remember spending way too much time trying to come up with a screen name by cycling through very generic names that had already been taken, like HugsAndKisses89. which I now realize was probably just taken by a porn bot. and then I think my logic finally was "well my name is Izzy and I'm here to talk!" and regretted it immediately.

another one I remember was randomcarrot because it was 2003 and everything on the internet was soooooo random!!!!11!1

I've had an IUD for a couple years so I don't get a period except for some occasional spotting. When I first had it put in I probably bled with varying degrees of heaviness for about a month before it petered out to what it is now. For a friend of mine it lasted even longer, but her body did eventually adjust. I think it's pretty normal, from everything I heard.

Hoooooo boy. OK so when I was a kid my mom liked to watch The Rosie O'Donnell Show every afternoon and it was on right around the time I usually got home from school so we would watch it together pretty often. Honestly, I loved Rosie O'Donnell. I thought she was hilarious. And this was peak Rosie, in the late 90's. So, yes, she released a Christmas album. Two, actually. And my mom bought them and we listened to them a whole bunch and my dad hated it a lot. They were almost entirely comprised of her "singing" duets with her famous friends, including Cher, N*SYNC, Donnie Osmond, and... Elmo. Rosie O'Donnell and Elmo doing "Little Drummer Boy" was the first version of that song I ever heard and it's still kind of my favorite.

Jesus, I just looked up the track listing for the Another Rosie Christmas and the second song is her and Smash Mouth doing a song called "Nuttin' for Christmas" fuuuuuuuuuck. IF THAT ISN'T ENOUGH YEAR 2000 FOR YOU ALLOW ME TO LIST THE REST OF THE ARTISTS:

Jessica Simpson
Macy Gray
The Dixie Chicks
Jewell
Ricky Martin
Destiny's Child
Sugar Ray
Marc Anthony

1. What Did You Read This Year, Then

I've read a ton of books online this year because my job doesn't require me to do much but sit at a desk in front of a computer but I'm pretty sure that whenever anyone asks me this all I will be able to remember is a book about gay wizards so...
