*hugs* Don't let it get to you. I think that blogging is a difficult subject. It's hard because not all of us are professional journalists, and the majority of us (myself included) write our posts the same way we would talk to someone. So the language is much more relaxed and "unprofessional". I can't count the times I've used "like", "sooo..." and "totally" haha!
Also, I think that because your blog is so well put together (pictures, layout etc), people forget that this is still a blog. I think that when a blog looks this well done, people tend to forget that there's an actual person behind it. As in, it's not a magazine or anything like that, it's just your own space to write about your views.
Your blog is awesome and you've done so much to help the beauty blogging community. A few mistakes here and there doesn't take away from that :)

I've used tomatoes before. I have a natural skin care book and the author recommended shredding a tomato and wrapping it in gauze, then placing that on your face. I definitely noticed softer skin and a glow afterwards!
