This book looks awesome. I can't believe I haven't come across it. I'm helping to teach kindergarten to my grandson in the fall. This would be so good.

Everyone told me "just wait until they are teenagers." But honestly, we didn't have any issues. I credit that to our open discussion on any topic they wanted. Communication begins when they first begin to talk. This awareness of food addictions is important to all of us.
