FIRST OFF, I THINK THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST IDEAS FOR A MEME EVER.

I mean it looks soooo fun and can give hilarious results. Why isn't it more popular? I'm honestly really surprised.

I MUST TRY IT ONE DAY. As soon as I find some time to pump out more posts.

I love the name Rianon. It's not common but it looks so regal. And your synopsis is GREAT. I think I'd read that over the original book ;) Imagine a book that look so summery and cutesy suddenly become a story of aliens XD.

OH AND WAIT OKAY SO WHAT IS THIS SUPER AWESOME SURPRISE YOU HAVE FOR US? Woman, you just can't leave it like that! Sorry not sorry indeed. >.<

So was I! I mean , I was a bit hesitant over the entire thing because it doesn't seem like my type of book, but I was pleasantly surprised! Sure, it's pretty slow at first but I loved the mystery part of it.

I totally get what you mean about the historical authenticity. It'll seem more fantasy than historical if you throw in some supernatural elements into it.

Thanks Zoe! You're sweet. ^.^

Aww man I want this book SO badly! I LOVE unreliable narrators and this one seems especially cool. And I agree with the cover. That hand grabbing the foot/? INSTANT WANT.

Not to mention I love mystery. It's always interesting watching the little tiny clues that we dismissed as trivial to slowly fall into place until it makes a whole picture.

Glad you agree with me! Yeah, the decisions the character makes sometimes... just why would you do that? >.> It's common sense!!

Oh I so get what you're saying!! It's like those situations in contemporary books where the entire book is about a problem between a couple when it was all based on miscommunication - the entire thing could have been solved in like the first two chapters if they just sat down and TALKED instead of running around screaming accusations.

Definitely. If you can't understand the character's personality, chances are they'll end up irritating you more often than not.

Glad you loved this topic! ^.^

Yeah I do that too! I like to see the general direction of the series to know if I like it or not.

IT'S EVEN WORSE IN THE FIRST SENTENCE. Sometimes you can sort of sense something important's coming up so you can avoid it, but in the first sentence...NOPE NOPE NOPE.

This happens to me wayyy to much! I forget to bookmark my pages when I put them down so when I return sometimes I flip too far ahead and SPOILERSSS. AUGHHH.

Sometimes I really wish I could unsee things. >.<

AUGH I HATE THIS TOO! Like, I get tiny spoilers since it's not the first book, but don't giveaway something huge like "Character X died" or "Character S killed Character D" or something. It defeats the entire purpose of the book or labeling it a mystery if you put the answer in the frickin' blurb!

(PS: Can you guess what reference I've hidden? ^.^)

Exactly! Sometimes there's blurbs that are half a mile long and tell you the ENTIRE story, and there's some of them that tell you about the middle of the book with more spoilers than swiss cheese has holes. Grr...

Amen! Putting spoilers in blogs doesn't make them plot twists anymore! They're just events that happened because SOMEONE *cough*publisher*cough SPOILED THEM!
