I haven't been to a homeschool convention yet, but I really hope to go to one this year! It is SO true, though, that we really do need other homeschoolers to connect with! I LOVE the star fruit analogy!

I learned that their products are also vegan, and I appreciate that they use sustainable practices like eco-friendly packaging, fairly traded sources, and that their facility is USDA certified organic. Love it!

We actually haven't raised our kids to believe in Santa, either, so I'm not sure why we hang stockings still! lol They know they gifts are from us because we've always told them they're from us.

My vision for homemaking is to get it all together. To be able to accomplish all of the topics you mentioned. I'm slowly getting to where I can manage to do more, but I'm just not "there" yet. I wasn't brought up in a home with a homemaker. I fended for myself. I made convenience food. I don't want that for my family. I want to make them real meals, keep a tidy house (as tidy as I can with 3 special needs children!), and just an overall organized household.
