Most books are better....but there are definitely cases where the movie wins.

In my views, Man without a face, JAWS, Psycho, Carrie, Requiem for a dream, Romancing the stone, Girl Interrupted, Monkey Shines, The Shining (Kubrick Version), Dolores Claiborne, The Hellbound Heart

First, congrats on the remission - that is nothing short of epic news!

My blog also turned 8 this year, but in February. Amazing how time flies.

I hadn't heard of the book blog buddy system, going to check it out now.

Glad you enjoyed this one, I always did too. Some creepy moments in there, especially with "Jodie" and the daughter.

Good review. I was very disappointed with the last one but overall loved the series, especially the early ones.
