ooooh those look delicious! I'm running the Paris 2012 marathon so I feel it would be suiting to work these into my "training" haha

I love getting long runs done on the weekday and I am a huge advocate of it! If I didn't have a flexible job, though, I'm not sure I'd be able to do it. I'll work from home or come in an hour late on a Friday if I'm getting a long run in. I have woken up before the crack of dawn to get them in, but it's tough. You're lucky you have a running buddy to run with you on dark mornings!

I love running, but getting out of bed on a Sat/Sun morning when my boyfriend is still fast asleep gets to me after a while --- sometimes you just need to embrace the weekend and do nothing.I think it's worth it to wake up early on a weekday in order to get your weekend back :-)

I don't think the recipe link is activated...

I've never cooked with coconut flower, is it the same consistency? Do you taste coconut?

Very helpful review! Sounds like a pretty intense workout (or can be as intense as you make it). The part that kind deters me is the use of so many props, having to switch between props can sometimes be annoying to me; but workout wise it's probably a good thing to change it up.

For $9, worth a shot! That's practically a steal in NY haha

I've never been to a Chiropractor but have been contemplating it for some time. What did the doctor say in how ofter you should go back? How did you feel 1 day and a little while AFTER the treatment?

I'm a person that's ALWAYS cold, but I'm a firm believer that if you can handle wearing a cute skirt and spring clothes - show off those legs!!! There's some saying about "dressing the part," and if Spring isn't going to come right way, at least we can "dress the part."

I'm with ya, snacking is just more fun!

I like your first dish with pumpkin and peanut butter, I never thought of combining the two, but I'm going to give it a shot for bfast tom! Thanks for the suggestions :-)
