Ah, I don't even know you yet and I want to give you a hug. I am sure you will be a kick ass editor. And give yourself a breather on the blogging. You have a great blog, and you'll find the balance. I say that, and my top post of all time is called Confessions of a Guilt-Stricken Mother. So don't be like me!!! I can't figure out how to balance anything -- I think the trick is not to balance, but to give yourself a break, and accept that you can't do everything, so you do what you can do and accept all of our praise that you really don't believe but you try to, that you are awesome, and that no one can do it all.

Lisa: ah, I can relate. We lived in St. Croix for 6 years, just across the pond from you. Things I hate about it -- well, there were a lot. But things I loved and will always miss -- that is a long list. Beautiful pictures. Thanks for sharing.

I mostly hide applications. But if someone gets real political, I usually hide them. I have had two deletes before: one because of offline drama and another because of inappropriate inbox messages (hello, my husband's in my profile pic with me)!
