Now this is truly a clever idea for tortilla shells Kathy! We're such big fans of Mexican food and when we have Mexican night, it's always a favorite! These would be great to include on a party spread too! Thanks for your kind concern for my recovery . . . it's slow, but steady!

Kathy, ginger and poultry are great together. I had my first taste of it in a marinade for turkey breasts on the grill. This has got to be fantastic! Thanks for sharing another tasty, tasty dish!

I just bought my very first bag of little darling peppers! What a great salad for summer! I love the dressing too, Kathy! Yes, I did notice the onslaught of avocado ingredients in sandwiches lately. Interesting huh? Our 4th was just spent trying to stay cool! Hope you had a great day too!!!! xoxox!
