I'm not great with hills but better than I used to be. Sometimes I can power up the hill and then unless the next part is downhill, I am completely drained.

I should really try running in a crowd -- I am so inconsistent in pace that people would probably hate me.

Agree w/Carly. It seems like stress keeps me from making time for yoga, and then no yoga leads to more stress. Ahhhh!

I kind of just let my legs stretch out while I'm in my chair. It's enough for me.... if I had my own office, I'd use a stability ball!

Nice schedule! I really dropped the ball when it came to races in the first half of this year. I'm doing two fulls (March 20 and May 21), and with school pressures, that was enough for me!

Looks good! I think half marathon training schedules are a lot more flexible and fun than full marathon ones. Kudos on putting yoga in there -- I can barely pull myself together to do it.

I also enjoy that period... basically anytime I'm not on a training program (which isn't most of the time, though!), I enjoy running more because I do it less and attach less mental stress to it.
