I know for a fact I'm the only one, but I think the best improvement is the variation. Seasons 1 and 2 were great, but there was this sorta "same old same old" feel to it. It felt more like a burger joint you can go to to consistently get one or two burgers you like. Now it feels like a buffet; you never know where something's going to go. Granted, it comes with experimentation that flops, but when you get something good, you get something great.
