I work in TV in the UK (for Endemol) each morning I get the UK ratings for every show on every channel (ratings still matter folks) but what's interesting is the fact the numbers the network/production company is really interested in is the viewership or share- the 'rating' is less of a focus- the numbers really matter- of course could be a different focus in the US.

TNA is not really doing anything they wernt doing before, i dont sense a new gear in the product and going back to Orlando will look like a set back (because it is) - its going to be a tough time for the company- 2014 could be make or break.

Great way to spin things, give them credit for them there - but yeah TNA is back to the Impact zone - God I hate that place- this 24 hour thing is just spin to make it seem like a progressive step- it's not.

Best Impact in ages, maybe this year. Matches were all a good standard or really good. Anderson and Bully match was needed, great brutality and a great story - I hope this is not goodbye for Anderson as he is way over right now. Happy for A.J and his victory---there is a danger of going down the CM Punk/McMahon stroyline with him and Dixie Carter (A.J having no contract and probably going to nab the belt at BFG or a Dixie screw job) but right now I'm enjoying it...it feels so long since I have said that.

No problem. And with the rumours I hear that JR was basically told to retire (rumours) I don't think it would be an impossibility especially if they can strike a sponsorship deal with some JR BBQ sauce :)

Should they bring in the voice of professional wrestling and arguably the best commentator of all time- absolutely. They should pay him what Hogan is on, why? Because I honestly believe JR could bring as much value to the company as Hogan can. JR can sell a shit match, make you invest in any angle, you can become connected with the product just by the sheer emotion from the voice of JR. He is an incredible talent. TNA's commentary is dire, and that Todd fella did not do much, in fact after the novelty of a new voice wore off he wasn't that great at all. Sure JR is not in him prime, but 60 is not old, I think he has plenty of years left in him. Just imagine the reveal of Bully Ray at Slammiversary with an emotional JR at the booth? what it would have added.

I think it's gonna be a tough pitch for a new show when your main show isn't do as well as it has in the past, I can certainly see them doing a self produced online show however

Now i see why TNA has budget issues...they spent all the money on the graphic designer.

Hogan is a legend, an icon, the the most famous character in wrestling. For many he simply is the face of the business no matter what year it is. trust me, when i heard Hogan was coming to TNA it got my interest, i was excited. when i was at Wembley for Impact i screamed as loud as anyone in that arena when the immortal one came onto the stage, but the truth is the man just isnt bringing anything to the company for me. He cant get in the ring, his act is tired, when he throws a punch and the other guy sells it like his been shot I just laugh and my suspension of disbelief is shattered. Eric is the same, the guy can talk and make it look like he knows what he is doing, he says a lot of key words but the truth is he is a suit- a suit who thinks he is creative, TV is full of em trust me. For me it's time to call it a day with Hogan and eric and begin a new era----there contributions have not done a whole lot.

Ball dropped, I liked the idea of the BFG Series but it's this year it's over before it got going. Lack on interesting story surrounding this one. I find TNA such a confusion show sometimes, the show at times appears clear with a direct vision which sadly drags out the story and lets the viewer loose interest or it's all over the place and just looks like they are making it up as they go along- very strange.

You're still stating your opinion. It's a very big possibility that A.J is staying put but we don't know what kind of deal he wants vs the kind of money TNA has to play with. We can all hope that A.J stays with TNA and indeed assume he is as he is one of the top guys but lets not pretend that him leaving is an impossibility. I would be more worried if Prichard was still around, he would have probably just forgot about it.
