This is what they did with when Clinton was in office but there was no restrictions as to how the banks did it hence the changing interest of loans and the massive amount of people unable to pay their mortgage. Im all for more loans for housing but with better regulation so we don't have to bail out banks.

This would be socialism. Really though should there be such a disparity in pay just because there is less education involved for some jobs does that make them less important to society certainly they are not any less work. Would the power and prestige alone be enough to encourage qualified workers to take on leadership roles? As far as greed that is just the American dream the pursuit of money...
