I've been meaning to read my own copy of Me Before You - hopefully this coming week or so.

Mrs Frisby is a great read - it was over eight years when I last read it - but it remains an unforgettable read.

These are all unfamiliar titles to me. Thanks for sharing them. Captain no Beard in particular caught my eye. Have a great reading week!

The picture books caught my eye - these are unfamiliar titles to me, so I'm glad you shared them this week. Tweezle into everything looks especially cute.

Like Tara, it's the first I heard about this historical event - and it does sound extremely interesting. I should check out more of Sally Walker's books. :) Thanks for the lovely recommendation and the detailed review. I like well-researched materials. :)

Looks like a real fun book! I mayhave heard of this through Kerry Aradhya from Picture Books and Pirouettes, but I can't be too sure. It also looks like the illustrations are luscious! :)

My daughter has also seen the film and read the book - there were moments when she would literally pause the dvd and check the actual book for inconsistencies, parallels and divergences. No question about it, Dahl is classic. =)
