I'd say the routines that help us are table chores and laundry. Everyone pitches in to get it done. The kitchen is consistently the MOST chaotic room in the house. We have no choice but to keep up with it. Other hot spots are tidied daily (and sometimes more than once a day if it is particularly bad). I've spent a lot of time mentoring the children, and also accepting imperfection. :) Right now we are working on the right attitudes when doing our tasks. Thanks for the printable. I like the timer idea, because it gives them "an end in sight". Sometimes fun music helps us to be motivated, too.
