It is cowardly behaviour. There's little chance I'll be able to prove who did it but it's a horrible feeling and I just wish the person had told me. :(

A lot of people don't complain either. Nothing has happened today, we didn't get the payment we were promised (and there's no record of anybody telling us we were expecting a payment). Tomorrow is going to be spent drafting a letter to my MP!

Thank you for your comments.. It's nice to know we are not alone.
He has a training course next week for a job he has been offered but I'm not backing down on principle.. Like you said they help the ones that don't want to work and have no intention of doing so.
These government-led benefit reforms are a good thing, but I think they need to look closely at the system already in place (and the employees they have) before attempting a change.
